Dear Global Beekley Family,
A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book “The Law of Success” and described in more detail in his 1937 “book Think and Grow Rich”.

As part of our commitment to helping our distributors and our distributor’s salespeople grow and
thrive, we are adding a Mastermind to our support package.

This will give everyone a peer-to-peer framework of salespeople who face the same issues that you
do for discussion and support as well as opportunities for us to celebrate our successes as a family.

We will do this on a monthly basis, and we will follow a similar format – every month we will discuss a sales tool (that isn’t specific to Beekley) that you all might find helpful; we will have a short lesson on one of the Beekley family of products and we will then dive into a round table discussion allowing everyone to discuss problems and roadblocks they have faced as well as celebrating some of the big wins the team has had.

We are looking at having this on the last Wednesday of every month. The structure will be two 50 minute segments separated by a 10-minute break, so a total of one hour 50-minute commitment.
